Have Your Child’s Birthday Party At The Gym
Cost:
2 hour hire £90 up to 20 children
£20 deposit required at time of booking .
The balance of £70 will be required 48
hour before the party date.
Cheques made payable to BURY SPECTRUM GYMNASTICS CLUB
Programme
1 and 1/4 hours.
2 qualified coaches will take the children on all pieces of equipment and play games
1/2 hour Party food with parents
1/4 hour Party games with coaches
CONDITIONS OF HIRE
1. Twenty children maximum.
2. All monies must be paid 48 hours before the start of the party
3. NO food or drink allowed in the gym area.
4. NO shoes or socks should be worn in the gym area.
5. NO zips, buckles or jewellery.
6. Children must always follow coaches instructions.
7. No adults allowed in the gym during the party, with the exception of the birthday child’s parents, and parents of children under 4 years.
8. Children are only allowed on the floor area for quiet games with the coach after they have eaten. They will not be allowed in the equipment area.
9. Leave kitchen, eating area and toilets clean and tidy.
10. Take home any rubbish.
The gym will be available 15 minutes prior to time of booking for setting up purposes and
15 minutes at end of party for cleaning up. No children will be allowed in the gym area until the actual party time or during the cleaning up period. Please ensure all visitors have left the building at the designated time.
